  • When is my rent due?

Your rent is due on the last day of the preceding month. Your first payment is due the day you book your unit with Lid Storage. On site payments can be made by EFT or Cash (EFT is preferred). We have internet facilities on site for your safety and convenience.

  • What payment methods do we accept at Lid Storage?

Advance payment on bookings can be made on site via EFT or cash. Direct payments to our bank account are preferred. We do not accept check payments at all. For your convenience we offer a free debit order facility to all our clients.

  • How does your invoicing work?

You will receive a monthly tax invoice via email only from our accounts dept. The billing date is on or before the 20th of each month. If you don’t receive your monthly invoice please let us know.

  • The price on your quote what does it include?

All prices quoted include VAT at 14%. The price you see is the price you pay.

  • Do you have any other costs involved?

At Lid Storage you pay no additional charges or administration fees to secure your unit. There are also no additional monthly charges if your account is up to date.
